The workshop projects always turn out amazing, because of the planning and preparation that is involved, Anyone who takes part in the graffiti art workshops - comes out of the project with a much larger understanding of all the most important  factors to a good mural and plenty of new skills!

At work! The students filling in their designs with organic spray paints.

Faunagraphic returned to her roots and the school she once attended to deliver a graffiti art workshop to Year 9 students. The project was based on the Incredible Edibles, an innovative scheme in Todmorden where organic crops are planted all over the town by the locals and free to take to eat. http://www.incredible-edible-todmorden.co.uk/ .

Todmorden High School is already heavily involved with this interesting project and has their own organic vegetable garden. The crops that they grow are then used in the school's food technology lessons.

The students at the High School designed a mural which will be placed next to the organic garden with the aim of guiding people towards this vegetable heaven!

Glossopdale Community College held workshops throughout the summer for their new and current students. This included breakdancing, circus skills, rapping and beat boxing, as well as graffiti spray can art delivered by Faunagraphic.

The students designed and painted their lunch box dining room, based on the theme of food, music and design.

The students came up with an excellent concept, which worked perfectly and brought the whole room together.

07/08/2008 // Off the Walls // Leeds Met Gallery Studio & Theatre.

Beginning in September 2008, the Leeds Met Gallery took several school and college

groups on a creative journey stimulated by the visual artwork in their gallery.

Looking at the work of Alex Hartley and Banksy, and working alongside graffiti creative Faunagraphic and The Paper Birds Drama collective, groups were encouraged to create brand new works that coincide with architecture, street art, graffiti, self expression and the use of mixed media. All of the works that were produced formed part of a festival of arts just before Christmas in 2008.

Please see below photos of the finished products from the Faunagraphic workshops which took place in various schools and colleges around west Yorkshire.
